50 students from the Wey Valley School visited the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham to experience all that is wonderful at The Clothes Show event. Many of the students, taking their GCSE Textiles course were enthralled to see fashion at its finest with a fantastic line-up of brands, boutiques, celebrities and inspirational stage features at the annual show.

Ms Eleanor Glass, Textiles teacher at the school said ‘the day was a great success; very busy and enjoyed by all! There were lots to see and do, with all our students enjoying the 45 minute fashion catwalk show along with plenty of shopping and checking out the latest ‘fashion’ brands – a real inspirational day for our students.’

Sophia Milton-Jewzsel aged 16 said, ‘we all had a great day in Birmingham; the fashion show was fantastic with so many incredible styles and designs.
